The
International events we host and co-host with other chapters are not
only meant to bring people together, but to introduce our members to
something new. These events may be an exotic culture, a greater
understanding of state and national government, or even the world of
Jaycee conventions!
Why on earth would we
have an International VP in Downriver Michigan?
It’s a big world out there
and we’re here to bring it to you! Really… a little creativity and
excitement goes a long way! You may not realize that there is so
much you can do to change the world in your hometown and the state
of Michigan.
Some events that we have
planned in 2009 to rock your world...
"Inter-Chapter-Undiscovered-Culture (I-C-U-C)" Nights:
Once a quarter we get
together to experience dinner or events from foreign cultures
through a dinner planned at a local restaurant or a festival or
rotating dinner.
All ICUC nights
are co-hosted with other chapters in Michigan.
These are the ICUC Programs we have coming up:

State
Conventions:
We
participate in the Statewide US Junior Chamber of Commerce
Conventions. It's a great way to learn about how to become more
active in your community and chapters as well as making life-long
friends! Ask your International VP how the Chapter can pay for you
to attend the convention!!
